About Us
Free Sales and Management Corporation (FSMC) is an affiliate of ICA group in business since 1977.
ICA serves thousands of customers primarily in the sales, service, and distribution of fully-insured and self-insured medical, vision, dental, life, and disability programs for individuals and small employers.
Additionally, FSMC distributes alternative medical plans and other health-related products to individuals and small employers under the branding of Free to Choose.

Five years ago when I signed up for the free to choose plan, I didn’t know that I would be using it within several months for two back-to-back large claims. The plan paid over $100,000 for my hospital admissions. I paid my deductible, $1,000. Previously, I was covered under a Blue Cross Blue Shield plan, and if I had these same claims under that plan, I would have paid over $14,000.
